REPRESENTATIVE COACHES

A massive thank you to the dedicated Representative coaches we had in 2025. Without you, we would not be able to nurture our young talent and represent Pukekohe so proudly throughout the Reps season.

We are always looking for coaches and assistant coaches who are passionate about developing netball. Does this sound like you?

If so, register your interest to become a Rep Coach in 2026. Please complete our Expression of Interest form and we'll be in touch to discuss further.

CONFUSING RULES

The Short Pass rule can be a confusing one.

Every pass must be legally contestable, so there needs to be sufficient space for an opposing player to deflect or intercept the ball.

The passing distance is determined by the controlling umpire and can apply to throw-ins off the goalpost.

Also, it is not considered a short pass if two players from the same team touch the ball at the same time, unless the ball changes from one player to another in that moment.
