WHAT'S COMING UP…13 - 15th January - National Development Camp: Coach and Umpire Observer Programme - For Coaches that are actively following the coaching pathway and coaching players 16 and above, along with Umpires who hold a minimum of a Centre Badge qualification. Opportunity to observe three days of intense training environments, specialist sessions, and real performance standards.

31st January - 1st February - Community Coaching Award Level 1 - A day and ½ of high-impact, uplifting, fun to improve your coaching confidence and leave you buzzing for the season ahead. You’ll learn from special guest coach Rob Wright and Zone Coach Developers, and meet a surprise Mystics Guest.

16th Feb - 23rd March - Year 7 and 8 Prep n Play Programme - The NetballSmart Prep 'n' Play workshops are skill-based sessions, designed specifically for Year 7 and 8 players to aid transition into game play for the upcoming season. Get fit by building strength, core control and stability, and developing good netball movement patterns. Held on Monday evenings from 5.30pm-6.30pm, the sessions run for 6 weeks.

20th Feb - 27th March - Fun Ferns (Year 1 & 2) - The perfect way for Year 1 and 2 players to learn foundational netball skills. The programme will run on Friday afternoons from 4-5pm for 6 weeks.

_______________________________________________________________________ THAT'S A WRAP!2025 ended with a bang. In the last month we have wrapped up three successful programmes of netball. We've had… 90+ Year 1 and 2 Fun Ferns learning foundation skills 200+ Year 3 and 4 Future Ferns practicing their gameplay 800+ Summer League players bringing it to the court! It's been a wonderful end to the year with lots of fun and great netball. We look forward to doing it all again in 2026! |
