Season

Games are played on Tuesday evenings, starting on the 28th of October and finishing on the 9th of December.

Registrations close and fees are due on Monday 20th October.

Grades

- Women's Premier / Women's Social A / Women's Social B

- Senior Mixed A / Senior Mixed B / Senior Mixed C*

- Collegiate Girls

- Collegiate Mixed*

- Junior Girls (Y5 - Y8)

- Junior Mixed (Y5 - Y8)*

Grades may be modified or merged depending on registration numbers. 

*In the mixed grades, there must be no more than 3 males on the court at any one time. One male per third of the court - 1 at GS, 1 at GK and 1 in the midcourt (either WA, C, WD).

Games

Games are 4 x 8 minute quarters. Provisional game times are:

- Junior: 5:20pm

- Collegiate/Senior: 6pm / 6.40pm / 7:20pm / 8pm 

*Please note, all timings are subject to change as the competition format will depend on the number of entries. Competition format will be finalised after entries close.

The draw for the first game will be available by 5pm on Thursday 23rd October.

Equipment

Each team must provide bibs and a correctly inflated ball.

If you do not have your own bibs, you can hire a set from us for $15 per week. Alternatively,  you can purchase your own from Rebel Sport for $59.99.

Umpire

All teams must supply their own umpire.

All umpires must be accredited. An online learning module is available for new umpires here. Certificates are to be sent to our office. 

MyNetball Manager App

Games will be scored using the MyNetball Manager app. 

Fair Play

Summer League is a social competition for fun and fitness. Please make sure your team, the team you are playing and the umpires enjoy the game.
